Rates are for 1 week (Friday – Thursday)
£150 + 10% handling charge on sales OR £50 + 25% commission on sales
Exhibitors are invited to host a private view of their work to launch the exhibition. The arts forum can provide the following additional services, if required:
- Bar service (including glasses, bar service & cleaning): £25
- Wine, soft drinks, sparkling mineral water etc. can also be provided by arrangement, or purchased by the exhibitor for serving to guests).
Alternatively, members can make their own arrangements for providing and serving drinks at private views, although a charge will be made for cleaning if this is not arranged by the member.
Meeting Room Hire
The forum is also available for hire for events, meetings, seminars & training courses. The following lay-outs can be accommodated:

Lounge Area Hire
The forum’s lounge area is available for hire, free to members, for informal meetings. If the area is required by a member this must be booked in advance to ensure the area is free for use.
Coffee and/or tea can be provided to your table for you and your guest, with a selection of biscuits and/or sandwiches, by arrangement.

Internet Access
The arts forum has a wireless broadband digital network, enabling members to surf the internet for free, either using their own laptop or one of the workstations available for use.
Non-member internet broadband access (via our terminals):
- Half-hour: £0.75p
- One Hour: £1:50p
