Our role
It’s all systems go at the arts forum for Open Studios 2008 — but our members’ support for this key event in our arts calendar has never been more important.
The Arts Forum is now officially managing the Open Studios programme from 2008, we’re hoping that more artists than ever will throw open their doors to visitors during their this year’s Coastal Currents Arts Festival.
Prices for showing in this year’s event have been slashed to just £40 per artist but services improved.
Artists, shops and studios taking part will receive:
- Free entry in 20,000 brochures distributed around the south east
- Free website entry (with Google location map)
- Free signs to display outside their studio/location
- Free entry in the Open Studios taster exhibition being held at the Arts Forum during the week starting August 15th
- Invitation for you and your guests to the Open Studios Taster Exhibition Private View
- Advertising & other support in-kind
The Arts Forum is also working on further plans to host an exhibition of the work on display at the studios on poster sites along the seafront…more details when they become available.
